Individual therapy is a collaborative process where we explore your inner landscape together. Whether you’re carrying the sharp edges of grief, struggling to break patterns tied to addiction, or simply feeling stuck in a story that no longer fits—you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll make sense of the emotional noise, separate fact from anxiety fiction, and find new ways to respond to old wounds. I often incorporate cognitive reframing, somatic awareness, and creative strategies like narrative or art-based reflection to help your brain unlearn what no longer serves and rewire toward healing.

This is a space where you get to be real. No toxic positivity, no silver linings forced before you're ready. Just honest, grounded support.

Please note: I offer virtual services only for individuals located in Ontario.

I offer customized trainings designed to deepen your understanding of grief and loss in all its forms. Whether you're a mental health professional, front-line worker, educator, leader, or simply someone who wants to better understand the landscape of loss, grief literacy training can support you with this.

These sessions go beyond standard operating procedures to explore the broader emotional, cultural, and relational landscape of grief. Together, we build a shared vocabulary, increase emotional fluency, and create space to rethink how we respond to grief—personally, professionally, and collectively.

This work is about more than education. It's about reshaping how we see grief, how we talk about it, and how we hold space for it in the places we live and work.
